This site and application are for professional use and farm observation. No online shop is offered here.

Data protection (Swiss FADP / nLPD)

Controllers: Terre de Maïa Sàrl (farm and user data in the tool) and Legio Sapiens Sàrl (hosting / maintenance of Croppit), in Switzerland.

Purposes: crop management and observation only (accounts, beds, pots, harvests, notes), authentication and running the service. No marketing, no advertising profiling.

Sharing: personal data are not shared outside Terre de Maïa Sàrl and Legio Sapiens Sàrl. No sale, no transfer to advertisers, social networks or data brokers. Only authorised staff of these two companies access data for operations and maintenance.

Data processed: account identity and contact details, crop data you enter, technical logs needed for the service, note files where applicable, technical cookies (see Cookies).

Retention: account and usage data are kept while the account is active and the farm needs them for the service. After account deletion or end of use, identifying account data are erased; some operational farm records (e.g. crop or harvest history) may remain anonymised or without a login link if needed for agronomic follow-up. Technical logs are limited to what is useful for operation and security.

Deletion: you can request account deletion in user admin (email link, then confirm on the page). That removes the account and sign-in means. Other FADP/nLPD rights (access, rectification, restriction, objection) can also be exercised via the farm contact, within legal limits.

No automated decision-making with legal effects for you in this service.

Cookies and local storage

Cookies and similar technologies are used only for internal operation of the service (no advertising):
• session (sign-in, navigation)
• language preference
• remember-me sign-in (optional)
• interface preferences (e.g. filters)
• storage of your acknowledgement of this notice (up to 365 days)

These stay under Terre de Maïa Sàrl and Legio Sapiens Sàrl; they are not shared with advertising third parties.
